Bolzano becomes the “Apple Capital of the World”

Interpoma is the only trade fair in the world dedicated exclusively to the world of apples, from production right through to storage and marketing. And it is much more than that: Interpoma is an international platform bringing together apple experts from all over the world with their ideas, products, technologies, designs and innovative solutions.

Why is a fair of this calibre so far from the big trade fair metropolises? It may seem unusual, but it is actually one of the trump cards of Interpoma: its strong roots in a rural area. After all, with its 18,400 hectares of cultivation area, South Tyrol is the largest apple growing region in Europe, and one of the most important in all the world. Interpoma was born from this know-how, and has been supported to date by leading sector partners.
